Job summary

CapitaLand Investment Limited is seeking a student to support site operations at CapitaSpring. You will help manage contractors, assist with maintenance coordination, and contribute to inspections and event coordination.

The role requires pursuing a degree in Real Estate, FM, or Engineering, with proficiency in MS Office and strong communication skills. Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines is essential.

Responsibilities

• Support site operations at CapitaSpring.
• Coordinate with contractors; monitor performance and handle admin tasks.
• Attend site inspections and liaise with contractors on maintenance and upgrades.
• Prepare inspection checklists and obtain quotations for ad-hoc repairs as needed.
• Assist in coordinating events such as drills and exercises.

Job Description

You will be supporting site operations at CapitaSpring.

Responsibilities

• Manage contractors’ performance, raise work orders, certify work completion and handle contract administration work
• Attend site inspections, supervise, and liaise with contractors on maintenance/upgrading and works at buildings
• Prepare inspection reports / checklists for performance-based term contracts
• Obtain quotations for ad-hoc repair and seek the management’s approval as necessary
• Handover and takeover of premise, administer the Additions & Alterations (A&A) works and ensure work completion is in accordance with A&A Permits and relevant governmental requirements at buildings as assigned
• Assist to coordinate events such as fire drills and all other exercises.
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Degree in Real Estate, Facilities Management, Engineering, or any other related discipline
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Copilot
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Able to multi-task and deliver work on time and accurately
