Job summary

CapitaLand invites enthusiastic undergraduates to join the Shared Services Centre within the Digital & Tech team as an internship. You will assist in day-to-day project coordination activities and learn how global real asset management operates.

You will help maintain project plans, coordinate meetings and events, document minutes and status reports, and liaise with internal and external resources while developing practical skills in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Degree in Information Technology, Analytics, or related disciplines.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Detailed-oriented and meticulous.
• Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support project management tasks such as maintaining project plans and tracking activities, timelines and milestones.
• Set up and coordinate meetings, workshops, and project-related events
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, meeting minutes, and status reports
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external project resources
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Description

As an intern in the Shared Services Centre team, you will support the project team (Digital & Tech) by assisting in day-to-day project coordination activities.
