Job summary

Marina Bay Sands is seeking a motivated individual to support audio, visual and multimedia production for live or virtual events in our Convention and Exhibition environment. You will assist the team with on-site operations, lighting programming, video mapping, and audio tasks alongside our production crew.

No prior experience is required as training will be provided; strong communication, teamwork and eagerness to learn are valued as we deliver immersive experiences for audiences and clients in

Qualifications

• Industrial internship programme in collaboration with Polytechnics Diploma Course in Film Sound & Video, Sonic Arts, Immersive Media Production or similar stream.
• No experience required as training will be provided.
• Excellent communication and teamwork are essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Department with audio, visual and multimedia, lighting production for live or virtual events.
• Apply skills in event AV production using provided tools and participate in hands-on operations.
• Assist with audio mixing, video mapping, projection and lighting programming for conferences and entertainment events.
• Support planning and production scheduling with the team.
• Deliver on-site technical services with in-house team, vendors and contractors per orders.
• Assist development of live video streaming pages and AR/VR/digital tech integration in immersive media.
• Perform administrative duties as requested.

Job Responsibilities

• To assist the Department to work on audio, visual and multi-media, lighting production in live or virtual events in Convention and Exhibition environment.

• To apply skill sets in event audio visual production with tools and facilities provided and to take parts in hands on operations.

• To assist the team in audio mixing and mastering, video mapping and projection, lighting programming in conference and entertainment event productions.

• To assist the Planning & Production Team in operation / production scheduling.

• To deliver on site technical services together with in-house production team / vendors / service providers / contractors in accordance with agreements / event orders / service orders etc. For event productions.

• To assist development of live video streaming pages and AR/VR/UnReal and/or other digital technology integration in immersive media production.

• Perform administrative duties as requested.

Job Requirements

Education & Certification
