Job summary

Marina Bay Sands in Singapore is seeking a motivated content intern to assist in production tasks and content writing. You will help ensure website updates follow brand guidelines, proofread posts, and conduct lightweight content analyses.

Interns should be full-time students in Marketing or Communications, available for 6-month blocks, and eager to learn. The role offers hands-on experience in a busy, creative environment at a premier integrated resort.

Qualifications

• Applicant must be a full-time matriculated student from Marketing or Communications.
• Internship period: January–June or June–December (6 months).

Responsibilities

• Fulfill production tickets and ensure content updates on brand website follow MBS styling guidelines.
• Scan brand website(s) and identify areas for improvements or alignment with guidelines.
• Liaise with ticket requestors to clarify requirements when needed.
• Assist with content population tasks for projects and enhancements.
• Proofread and update blog posts as needed.
• Conduct content competitive analysis to understand strengths, weaknesses, and gaps.
• Perform simple copywriting for short-form copies if required.

Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and highly motivated intern to help us with our production and content writing. This individual should be passionate in creating engaging content.

Job Responsibilities

Production Tasks

• Fulfill business requests submitted through production tickets and ensure that the content updates on the brand website are accurate and in accordance with MBS styling guidelines

• Scan through the brand website(s) and identify areas for improvements or requires alignment with guidelines

• Liaise with ticket requestors to clarify on requirements whenever required

• Assist with content population tasks for projects and enhancements

Content Writing

• Proofread and update blog posts as needed

• Conduct content competitive analysis to help the team understand the strengths, weaknesses, and opportunity gaps when it comes to competitors’ content marketing activity

• Perform simple copywriting for short-form copies if required

Job Requirements

Education & Certification

• Applicant must be a full-time matriculated student from related academic disciplines in Marketing, Communications

• Internship period: January – June (6 months) / June – December (6 months)

Experience

• Some experiences with copywriting (preferred)

Other Prerequisites

• Able to put customer experience as the top priority

• Possess strong analytical skills

• Meticulous with an eye for small details

• Willingness to learn and explore new grounds

• Familiarity with web publications
