Job summary

Leukemia & Lymphoma Foundation (LLF) invites a motivated Operations & Admin Intern to support the day-to-day operations of the Foundation. This is an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in administration, finance, events and non-profit operations while contributing to an organisation supporting individuals and families affected by blood cancer.

You will gain hands-on experience in LLF operations, assist with filing, records, procurement, donor records, event coordination and general admin

Qualifications

  • Pursuing Diploma or Degree in Business Admin, Management, Finance or related fields.
  • Strong organisational and office administration skills.
  • Comfortable with Excel and Word.
  • Detail-oriented with accuracy in records.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willing to learn and adapt in a nonprofit setting.

Responsibilities

  • Provide general administrative and office support.
  • Assist with filing, data entry, document preparation and records.

  • Update internal databases and administrative records.
  • Coordinate with vendors, partners and service providers.
  • Assist with events, programme logistics and meetings.
  • Support post-event administration and documentation.

Operations & Admin Intern

Leukemia & Lymphoma Foundation (LLF) is looking for a motivated and organised Operations & Admin Intern to support the day-to-day operations of the Foundation. This is an opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in administration, finance, events and non-profit operations while contributing to an organisation supporting individuals and families affected by blood cancer.

Key Responsibilities

Operations & Administration

  • Provide general administrative and office support to the team.

  • Assist with filing, data entry, document preparation and maintaining records.

  • Support procurement, inventory and office supplies management.

  • Assist with updating internal databases and administrative records.

  • Support day-to-day coordination with vendors, partners and service providers.

Finance & Donation Administration

  • Assist with basic finance and administrative tasks, including receipts, invoices and payment documentation.

  • Support donation processing and maintenance of donor records.

  • Assist with reconciliation and preparation of supporting documents for finance and audit purposes.

Events & Programmes

  • Provide administrative and logistical support for LLF events, programmes and meetings.

  • Assist with event registrations, participant lists, materials and venue coordination.

  • Support post-event administration and documentation.

Other Support

  • Assist with ad-hoc projects and administrative tasks as required.

  • Work closely with different members of the LLF team to support the smooth running of the organisation.

Requirements
  • Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Finance, Accountancy, Social Sciences or a related discipline.

  • Good organisational and administrative skills.

  • Comfortable working with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.

  • Detail‑oriented and able to maintain accurate records.

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Responsible, dependable and willing to learn.

  • Able to work independently and as part of a small team.

  • Prior experience in administration, events or finance is an advantage but not essential.
