Job summary

Carpenters 匠 – A trusted name in interior design and renovation is seeking passionate individuals to turn ideas into reality. The role focuses on sales and design consultation, coordinating projects, and supervising on-site progress to ensure client satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have a positive attitude, ability to multi-task, and are eager to learn. Training and mentorship are provided, with attractive commissions and a supportive team culture across our Oxley Bizhub 2 (East) and Tradehub 21

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Sales & Design Consultation: attend inquiries, meet clients, provide layout planning and proposals.
• Project Coordination: liaise with contractors and suppliers, schedule timelines.
• On-Site Supervision: conduct site visits, perform quality checks, ensure standards.

Preferably at least 1 year of relevant experience
Positive attitude, driven, and self-motivated
Able to multi-task and work under tight schedules

Job Responsibilities

1. Sales & Design Consultation

• Attend to walk-in and online enquiries
• Meet with prospective clients
• Provide layout planning, material selection & renovation proposals
• Prepare quotations and presentations

2. Project Coordination

• Liaise with contractors and suppliers
• Schedule and oversee project timelines
• Ensure smooth handover and client satisfaction

3. On-Site Supervision

• Conduct regular site visits
• Perform quality checks and resolve issues
• Ensure workmanship meets design intent and standards
