Job summary

JOB LIONS PTE. LTD. is seeking an M&E Engineer to coordinate and review mechanical and electrical systems for interior fitting out projects in Singapore. You will design HVAC, electrical, and fire protection schemes, prepare calculations and drawings, and support value engineering.

The role requires 2+ years of M&E experience, tender submission skills, and travel to Singapore worksites. Proficiency in MS Office and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering.
• At least 2 years of Interior M&E experience.
• Knowledge of tender preparation and presentations.
• Understand tender processes and submissions.
• Experience in project costing and estimating.
• Know BCA Green Mark requirements.
• Strong tender presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel to Singapore worksites.
• Night/weekend work when required.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate M&E design with other disciplines for smooth integration.
• Design and review HVAC, fire protection, lighting and power systems.
• Prepare design calculations, drawings and technical specifications for M&E systems.
• Assist client with value engineering.
• Liaise with consultants and contractors per project needs.
• Supervise installation to ensure compliance with designs and safety standards.
• Conduct site visits and monitor quality and progress.
• Oversee commissioning and testing of M&E systems.
• Prepare progress reports for stakeholders.
