Job summary

HONGBIN CARPENTRY PTE. LTD. is seeking an Architectural Drafter to support the design and production teams. You will prepare precise drawings for interior fit-out and built-in carpentry projects, ensuring accuracy and alignment with design intent.

Responsibilities include producing and revising drawings using AutoCAD and SketchUp, coordinating with designers and production, and assisting with submissions when needed. 1–3 years of drafting experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and SketchUp (both required).
• 1–3 years of relevant drafting experience.
• Able to read and interpret architectural and construction drawings.
• Detail-oriented, organised, and able to meet deadlines.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare architectural, technical, and detailed shop drawings for fabrication and installation of built-in furniture and interior fit-out works using AutoCAD and SketchUp.
• Produce accurate drawings based on design concepts and site measurements.
• Revise drawings according to project requirements and site conditions.
• Coordinate closely with designers, project team, and production department.
• Ensure all drawings comply with project specifications and technical requirements.
• Assist in preparation of drawings for authority or consultant submissions when required.
