Job summary

ELITEZ PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a Junior Interior Designer to support projects from concept through documentation, procurement, and site installation.

You will develop concepts, mood boards, floor plans and material selections, and prepare AutoCAD drawings and 3D SketchUp visuals. Strong attention to detail, communication skills and ability to handle multiple tasks are essential; knowledge of interior millwork is a plus.

Qualifications

• Qualification/Certification in Interior Design or a related field.
• Solid SketchUp and AutoCAD proficiency.
• Familiarity with materials, finishes and interior detailing.
• Experience producing interior millwork drawings is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop design concepts, mood boards, space plans and material selections.
• Prepare detailed AutoCAD drawings (floor plans, elevations, sections, millwork).
• Produce 3D models and visuals in SketchUp.
• Assist with FF&E, lighting, finishes and furniture specifications.
• Prepare presentations, schedules and contractor documentation.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, suppliers and consultants.
• Support procurement, sourcing and order tracking.
• Assist with site coordination, snagging, installation and close-out.
• Prepare client-facing design materials.

About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior Interior Designer to support projects from concept development through documentation, procurement, and site installation.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop design concepts, mood boards, space plans, and material selections
• Prepare detailed AutoCAD drawings including floor plans, elevations, sections, and millwork details
• Produce 3D models and visualizations using SketchUp
• Assist with FF&E, lighting, materials, finishes, furniture, and colour specifications
• Prepare design presentations, schedules, and documentation for contractors
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, suppliers, and consultants
• Support material sourcing, quotation comparison, procurement, and order tracking
• Assist with site coordination, snagging, installation, and project close-out
• Prepare presentation decks and other client-facing design materials

Requirements

• Qualification/Certification in Interior Design or a related field
• Proficient in SketchUp and AutoCAD
• Good understanding of materials, finishes, and interior detailing
• Able to produce detailed drawings for interior millworks and finishes
• Basic knowledge of AI tools is an advantage
• Creative, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks
