Job summary

Luckin Coffee in Singapore seeks an interior designer to interpret interior drawings and prepare production drawings using AutoCAD, 3DsMax, and SketchUp. You will ensure scale accuracy and guide contractors during fabrication or construction.

You will collaborate with HQ and local teams, assist in material orders and BOQ compilation, and deliver quality design outputs within tight timelines to support store openings.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in Interior/Exhibition/Architectural or equivalent.
• Preferably 1-2 years as an interior designer.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, 3DsMax, Adobe Photoshop, SketchUp.
• Ability to produce drawings with speed and accuracy.
• Team player with a positive attitude and attention to detail.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.

• Prepare detailed production drawings in AutoCAD or other modelling software.
• Ensure materials and dimensions are to scale and guide contractors.
• Carry out design and drawing requests from any department when required.
• Work closely with HQ construction team, local project team, operations, suppliers, contractors, landlords, and others.
• Assist in ordering materials and compile Bills of Quantities for basic installation.
• Work independently and deliver on time to support store openings.
• Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned.

• To prepare detailed production drawings in AutoCAD or other design modelling and coordination software to meet project requirements and company standards.

• To ensure of materials, dimensions to be used are to scale and guide of contractors on fabrication or construction.

• To carry out design and drawings request from any department when requested

• Work closely with HQ construction team, local project team, operations, suppliers, contractors, landlords and any others 3rd party during construction/implementation.

• Assist in ordering of material and Compilation of Bill of Quantities for BasicInstallation.

• Able to work independently and deliver works within given timeline to support store opening.

• Any ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Interior/Exhibition/Architectural or equivalent

• Preferably possess at least 1-2 years as an interior designer

• Proficient in AutoCAD, 3DsMax, Adobe Photoshop, Sketch up

• Ability to produce drawings with speed and accuracy

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle multiple priorities simultaneously to meet tight deadlines.
