Job summary

URBAN HOME DESIGN PTE. LTD. seeks Junior/Senior Interior Designers to translate homeowner requirements into effective space planning, layouts and material selections, and to produce 2D CAD drawings and 3D SketchUp models.

You will prepare quotations, supervise site progress to meet timelines, liaise with suppliers and subcontractors, and engage with clients, including weekend visits to handle queries and show designs.

Qualifications

• Must have strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to understand homeowner requirements and translate into space planning.
• Able to converse in English and Mandarin to handle queries.

Responsibilities

• Understand homeowner requirements and propose space planning with layout and materials.
• Draw in 2D CAD & 3D SketchUp.
• Responsible to work out quotations.
• Supervise work progress and meet timelines.
• Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure quality.
