Job summary

ATTIKA INTERIOR + MEP PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to prepare detailed BoQs, cost estimates, tender analyses, and value engineering to optimise project costs.

You will monitor costs across project lifecycles, liaise with architects and contractors, prepare interim valuations and final accounts, and provide cost advice to project managers and clients. Degree in QS or related discipline and 3-5 years experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or related discipline.
• 3-5 years of proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor, preferably with interior design.
• Strong knowledge of construction contracts, procurement processes and cost management principles.
• Proficiency in standard measurement practices and Bills of Quantities preparation.
• Competency in cost estimation, budgeting and financial forecasting.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and project management software.
• Experience with design software such as AutoCAD, Revit or similar tools is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed Bills of Quantities (BoQs) and cost estimates for interior design projects
• Prepare tender documents and tender analyses to support competitive procurement processes
• Monitor and control project costs throughout all stages of the project lifecycle
• Conduct feasibility studies and value engineering assessments to optimise project costs
• Prepare variation orders and change order documentation with cost implications
• Maintain accurate project records, cost reports and financial documentation
• Liaise with architects, designers, contractors, and suppliers to clarify specifications and resolve cost-related queries
• Prepare interim valuations and final accounts for project certification
• Provide cost advice and recommendations to project managers and clients
