Job summary

UMBRALIS PTE. LTD. is seeking a capable Project Coordinator to coordinate and monitor projects from start to finish, liaising with clients, contractors, suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely and smooth execution.

You will manage site visits, schedules and project documentation, and support site inspections and material follow-ups. The role requires strong communication and coordination skills, and travel to project sites. Salary: SGD 1,800–2,000 plus quarterly commissions.

Qualifications

• Strong coordination and time management skills.
• Ability to liaise with clients, contractors and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor ongoing projects from initiation to completion to meet deadlines and quality standards.
• Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, suppliers, designer or internal teams to facilitate smooth project execution.
• Arrange and coordinate site visits, project schedules, and manpower deployment to ensure efficient resource allocation.
• Monitor project progress and follow up on deadlines to maintain timely delivery.
• Assist with site inspections to verify that work complies with project requirements.
• Prepare project documentation, reports, quotations, and administrative paperwork accurately and promptly.
• Follow up on materials, deliveries, and site requirements to support uninterrupted project workflow.
• Travel independently to various project sites using own transport as required.
• Work independently and collaboratively within a team environment to achieve project goals.
