Job summary

ID FACTORY in Singapore is seeking a motivated Junior Interior Designer to support senior designers in residential and commercial renovation projects, with a focus on design development and client communication. You will prepare proposals, handle quotations, coordinate with contractors, and contribute to sales activities while maintaining an organised workspace in a friendly, mentorship-driven team.

Location is Bukit Merah, Singapore; you will collaborate with suppliers and clients to deliver

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Interior Design, or relevant working experience preferred.
• Proficient in SketchUp, AutoCAD and Adobe Photoshop.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist Senior Interior Designers with quotations, space planning, layouts, and project schedules.
• Attend client meetings to understand requirements and provide design consultations.
• Prepare design proposals and interior concepts.
• Follow up on sales enquiries and maintain relationships with clients.
• Coordinate renovation progress with contractors and suppliers.
• Assist with project administration and documentation.

Interior Designer (In-House + Sales)

Job Summary

We’re looking for a motivated and passionate Junior Interior Designer to join our growing team! This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both design and client interaction. You will support senior designers in project coordination, design development, client communication, and quotation preparation while contributing to the successful delivery of residential and commercial renovation projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist Senior Interior Designers in preparing quotations, space planning, layouts, and project schedules.

• Attend client meetings to understand project requirements and provide design consultations.

• Prepare and present design proposals and interior concepts.

• Follow up on sales enquiries and maintain strong relationships with clients.

• Coordinate renovation progress with contractors and suppliers.

• Assist with project administration and documentation.

• Handle general office duties and maintain an organised workspace.

Requirements

Salary & Benefits

• Basic Salary + Comm : SGD $2,000 – $4,000

• Commission: 20% – 30% (attractive commission scheme)

• Monday – Friday: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM

• Alternate Saturdays
