Job summary

Future Electronics in Singapore seeks a Business Development Manager to drive interconnect sales and partner with Sales, Marketing and Field Application Engineers. You will coordinate cross-functional efforts to meet demand creation, design wins and revenue growth with franchised interconnect suppliers.

The role requires developing sales plans, expanding the customer base and delivering value-added programs across regions. A strategic mindset and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Degree in engineering or business with electrical/electronics/industrial automation experience.
• Prior experience in marketing, product or sales in interconnect/relay/industrial automation.
• Disciplined to develop, execute and measure a sales and customer plan.
• Drive to grow sales in a difficult environment.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with outside/inside sales and direct sales for selling interconnect products.
• Execute programs developed with product marketing to grow interconnect sales.
• Develop and expand customer base and enhance supplier relationships.
• Drive all customer programs to enhance market position and close opportunities.
