The Singapore Police Force (SPF) within MHA is seeking an Intelligence Officer (Training) to support the Intelligence Training School (ITS) in developing and uplifting the capabilities of intelligence officers. This role focuses on programme design, training delivery, and cross-functional coordination.

Responsibilities include shaping competency frameworks, evaluating training technologies, managing budgets and resources, drafting communications, and serving as meeting secretary for training

Qualifications

• Field of studies in any discipline.
• Strong written and spoken English; communicate with influence.
• Literacy in basic IT and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong interpersonal skills to coordinate across teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to exercise systems thinking and analytical reasoning.
• Strong planning and management skills; able to multi-task.
• A good team player.

Responsabilités

• Assist design and review of competency frameworks and training curricula, keeping PID's operating landscape in view.
• Explore innovative training technologies to inform program design and enhance effectiveness.
• Manage training administration, including budget, resources, procurement, and course administration.
• Draft internal communications to promote ITS's outreach.
• Undertake meeting secretariat duties to ensure forums run smoothly and issues are tracked.
