Job summary

Crisis24’s Singapore office is seeking an Intelligence Analyst to support the Embedded Intelligence Services program. You will triage client requests, monitor high‑risk travel, and deliver concise written and oral assessments for client security teams.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least three years in intelligence analysis or related fields, with strong research, writing and briefing skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 3 years’ experience in intelligence analysis, threat assessment, incident response or related field.
• Excellent research, writing, and verbal briefing skills.
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint; familiarity with Google Earth/Maps.
• Strong problem solving, time management, and ability to work with little supervision.
• Able to travel and work shifts; foreign language experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Triage client requests and deliver timely information and services.
• Recognize crises and initiate proactive actions per SOPs.
• Track travel reservations to high-risk destinations.
• Monitor Crisis24 alerts and world events impacting travelers and assets.
• Conduct safety check-ins for employees and travelers.
• Escalate intelligence to client stakeholders.
• Produce succinct written and oral assessments.
• Provide client briefings to security teams or leadership.
• Maintain client metrics and regular reports.
• Suggest improvements to EIS program and SOPs.
