Job summary

Security and Intelligence Division in Singapore is seeking a Target Analyst to conduct deep investigations into entities and networks, using multi-source intelligence and data analytics to produce actionable insights for high-stakes decisions.

Responsibilities

Integrate Fragmented Data: Combine data from diverse sources— OSINT, technical metadata, and specialised feeds
Separate Signal from Noise: Filter through large volumes of messy, conflicting information by asking the right questions, and discerning the relevant picture from unrelated noise
Map Networks: Map out complex networks of entities and operational infrastructures, and create clear pictures from a large web of disparate clues
Tell the Story Behind the Data: Translate complex technical data and convoluted investigative trails into clear and concise executive briefs to provide early warning and strategic support for Singapore's policymakers
Build & Innovate: Develop new investigative tools, and refine analytical workflows to keep our team ahead of emerging risks
