Job summary

novita SG is seeking an Integrated Creative Designer to craft ideas and visuals across branding, campaigns, digital, social media, eCommerce, retail, photography, video and AI-generated content.

You’ll design for print and digital touchpoints, support photoshoots, and translate ideas across formats while collaborating with Marketing, Sales and Product teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma/degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in graphic & multimedia design.
• Strong foundation in typography, layout and visual storytelling.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite: Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects.
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS/JavaScript is an advantage.
• Willingness to explore AI tools for image/video generation.

Responsibilities

• Develop concepts and visual directions for integrated marketing campaigns.
• Design across print, digital, social media, eCommerce and retail touchpoints.
• Create campaign key visuals, marketing materials and digital content.
• Support photo and video shoots from moodboard to execution.
• Create and adapt short-form video and motion graphics for social.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, eCommerce and Product teams.
• Maintain brand consistency while exploring fresh ideas.
