Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Media, Creative Design or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a creative agency, media, advertising, events or production environment.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creative concept development and graphic design skills.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Experience with video editing and basic motion graphics is an advantage.
• Familiarity with Canva, Figma, and AI-powered creative tools is a plus.
• Good understanding of print production, materials, fabrication and artwork preparation.
• Able to manage multiple projects and work within tight deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and good visual sense.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop creative concepts, visual directions and design ideas based on client briefs.
• Create engaging artwork for print, digital, social media, events and retail environments.
• Develop key visuals, campaign materials, banners and other marketing collaterals.
• Create basic video, motion graphics and animated content for digital and social platforms.
• Adapt and resize artwork across formats while maintaining visual consistency.
• Prepare artwork for production and ensure files meet printing specifications.
• Collaborate with creative, account and production teams to deliver projects on time and budget.
• Understand production requirements and provide practical design solutions for different materials and finishes.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh ideas and visual solutions.
