Job summary

Synpulse is a global management and technology consultancy with a hybrid work policy. We are seeking an experienced Project Manager/Business Analyst to lead analyses, deliver client projects end-to-end, and mentor teams across insurance transformations.

Candidates should bring 6+ years in insurance-related PM/BA roles and strong communication skills. Roles may be based in Singapore or Malaysia, with work arrangements aligned to client needs.

Qualifications

• Degree holder.
• At least 6 years' experience in Project Management / Business Analysis in insurance or related consulting.
• Experience in Property & Casualty Insurance is an advantage.
• Experience in data analytics, data migration & integration preferred.
• Must have project experience in distribution, digital/AI-led distribution transformation, core system work, underwriting, claims or related areas.
• Demonstrated project leadership and BA experience managing small teams or workstreams.
• Understanding of business and technology dependencies in client organisations.
• Strong quantitative and qualitative problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation and facilitation with clients at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead detailed analyses to guide decision-making for client end-solutions.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of client projects with quality and timeliness.
• Structure and guide problem-solving with client and project teams.
• Produce solutions demonstrating subject-matter knowledge and concise communication.
• Mentor consultants to grow insurance transformation expertise.
• Conduct market and trend analyses to identify strategic opportunities.
• Define business development and marketing activities as a thought leader.
• Maintain deep industry knowledge and propose innovative client solutions.
