Qualifikationen

• 8+ years of relevant sales experience in a bank.
• Experience in insurance sales is preferred.
• Good command in business communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Conduct fact finding and insurance need analysis for clients.
• Ensure a systematic review process for existing policyholders.
• Work with Relationship Managers to achieve sales targets and referrals.
• Train Relationship Managers via trainings and case-studies to deliver product knowledge and processes.
• Generate ideas to increase sales activity and other relevant financial drivers.
