Qualifications

• Accredited degree or diploma required.
• Experience in Insurance/Bancassurance, especially high-net-worth products like Universal Life.
• Strong presentation and pitching skills to engage clients.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Portfolio Reviews with Relationship Managers to assess product suitability and opportunities.
• Improve Relationship Managers’ product knowledge through on-job coaching and training.
• Join RM in client meetings to provide technical input and guidance.
• Collect market intelligence to identify competitive gaps, service issues and opportunities.
• Provide guidance and training to colleagues, and liaise on training programs and initiatives.
• Support Relationship Managers in increasing cross-sell opportunities.
• Deliver fair outcomes to HSBC Singapore clients and maintain transparent market conduct.
