Job summary

IFAST CORPORATION LTD. is seeking an Insurance Product Specialist to support Financial Advisers and clients with in-depth product knowledge and tailored recommendations. You will develop matrices, train advisers, and drive sales through strategic collaborations with insurers.

The role requires strong presentation, communication, and regulatory understanding, with a focus on keeping product offerings competitive and relevant in a fast-paced market.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree or CFP/AFP candidate preferred.
• Self-motivated with ownership and accountability.
• Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Knowledge of insurance products, regulations, and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the expert on the entire suite of insurance products and advise Financial Advisers and clients on suitable options.
• Develop and maintain a product comparison matrix reflecting features, benefits and target markets.
• Provide training sessions for Financial Advisers to enhance product knowledge and recommendation skills.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to position insurance products as valuable solutions.
• Present products clearly to clients and address questions or concerns.
• Prepare and process insurance applications ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes to keep offerings competitive.
• Collaborate with operations to optimise workflows and execution.
• Perform ad-hoc UAT testing and provide feedback on new features to ensure a seamless user experience.
• Drive sales by meeting KPIs and providing timely reporting to Advisers and internal teams.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
