Job summary

FSM Global is seeking an Insurance Specialist to guide clients through protection planning, conduct needs analysis, and recommend suitable insurance solutions. You will support internal teams with product expertise and stay abreast of industry developments to enhance client engagement and service delivery.

Responsibilities include advising on life and general insurance, reviewing portfolios for protection gaps, and maintaining strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• CFP/AFP qualification will be an advantage.
• Licensed in life insurance and general insurance.
• Proven experience in insurance advisory, financial planning, or a related client-facing role.
• Excellent presentation, communication, organisational and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive and able to work independently as well as collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Guide clients through protection planning with needs analysis and tailored recommendations.
• Support internal teams with insurance product expertise and stay updated on industry developments.
• Review clients' existing portfolios to identify protection gaps and optimise coverage.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships through regular engagement and quality service.
• Assist with applications, servicing, renewals and claims support while ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate on client outreach initiatives and cross‑functional projects to enhance engagement.
