Job summary

CORA ENVIRONMENT GROUP PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Instrumentation and Control Maintenance professional to manage scheduled and corrective maintenance of instrumentation and control systems in our plant.

You will calibrate, install, test and maintain analyzers, instruments and CEMS, while coordinating with vendors and ensuring proper documentation. The role requires a Diploma in Instrumentation with at least 3 years in controls and instrumentation, and familiarity with PLC/DCS systems.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Instrumentation or equivalent engineering discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in controls and instrumentation.
• Knowledgeable in PLC and DCS systems.
• Experience in incineration plant or process power plant is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for scheduled and corrective maintenance of instrumentation and control systems.
• Perform preventive/predictive maintenance and CM of analyzers and instruments; prepare reports.
• Prepare MSRA for maintenance works to be carried out.
• Calibrate analyzers, instruments, components, CEMS and systems.
• Install, configure, calibrate and maintain control, measurement and indicating instrumentation.
• Install and terminate pneumatic and fluid connections.
• Inspect and test operation of instruments and systems to diagnose faults.
• Remove, repair, adjust and replace components of control valves, actuators, positioners and transmitters.
• Maintain backup and revision documentation for control systems and instrumentation.
• Coordinate with 3rd party vendors for maintenance work and spare parts ordering.
• Raise and close permits in CMMS/SAP for maintenance work.
• Eligible for appointment to CERT; training will be provided.
