Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Electrical & Electronics, Instrumentation & Control, Mechatronics, or related engineering.
- 3–6 years of hands-on instrumentation maintenance experience in process industries.
- Solid knowledge of field instrumentation selection, calibration procedures, and safety interlock wiring.
Responsibilities
- Ensure reliability, precision, and safety of site instrumentation and field control elements.
- Plan and execute preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on field instruments and sensors.
- Perform loop testing, calibration routines, and fault-finding on control wiring and junction boxes.
- Lead RCA analyses for instrument issues and manage instrument spares inventory.
- Oversee third-party calibration vendors and contractors during shutdowns; ensure ATEX/IECEx compliance.
