BLOOM ACADEMY (128B) PTE. LTD. is seeking a dedicated educator to create detailed lesson plans, deliver one-on-one and group language classes, and adapt methods to diverse learners.

You will assist the Academic Director in designing a Chinese curriculum aligned with standards, administer assessments, and provide timely feedback to students and parents. The role emphasizes a positive, inclusive classroom, ongoing professional development, and collaboration with staff to enhance the learning

Responsabilités

• Creating detailed lesson plans outlining objectives, instructional methods, activities, and assessments for each class.
• Providing one on one and group classes to teach a variety of language skills. Adapting teaching methods to engage and support students with different learning styles and abilities.
• Assisting the Academic Director to design and implement a comprehensive Chinese curriculum that aligns with educational standards and the needs of the students.
• Designing and administering assessments (quizzes, tests, projects) to evaluate student progress. Providing timely and constructive feedback on student work and assigning grades.
• Establishing and maintaining a positive and productive classroom environment that promotes learning. This includes managing student behaviour and ensuring a safe and inclusive space for all students.
• Recognizing and addressing the individual needs of students, including those who may require extra support or advanced enrichment.
• Engaging in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices, educational research, and new teaching technologies.
• Maintaining open and regular communication with parents or guardians to keep them informed about student progress, behaviour, and any concerns.
• Collaborating with other teachers, administrators, and support staff to improve the overall educational experience and support students with diverse needs.
• Performing other course-related work assigned by the Academic Director.

• 1.2 Providing one on one and group classes to teach a variety of language skills. Adapting teaching methods to engage and support students with different learning styles and abilities.
• 1.3 Assisting the Academic Director to design and implement a comprehensive Chinese curriculum that aligns with educational standards and the needs of the students. This includes assisting to select appropriate textbooks, materials, and resources.
• 1.4 Designing and administering assessments (quizzes, tests, projects) to evaluate student progress. Providing timely and constructive feedback on student work and assigning grades.
• 1.5 Establishing and maintaining a positive and productive classroom environment that promotes learning. This includes managing student behaviour and ensuring a safe and inclusive space for all students.
• 1.6 Recognizing and addressing the individual needs of students, including those who may require extra support or advanced enrichment.
