Job summary

STARICH LEARNING PTE. LTD. is seeking a dedicated education professional to enhance teaching quality and student outcomes. The role focuses on improving lesson delivery, developing materials, and supporting students across levels.

You will work with departments to implement varied teaching methods, perform quality checks on lesson plans, and ensure thorough documentation of student progress. Strong collaboration with teachers and parents is essential.

Qualifications

• Identify areas for improvement and collaborate with departments to enhance teaching and assessment methods.
• Perform quality checks on lesson plans and provide tutoring for students across levels.
• Assist students in preparing for entrance exams for government, international schools and universities.
• Quality assurance on homework assignment, tests and progress documentation.
• Develop suitable teaching materials for teachers and learning materials for students.
• Source and procure study materials, books and software to improve learning standards.

Responsibilities

• Identify areas for improvement and work closely with department to make use of varied teaching and assessment methods to improve the quality delivery of lessons
• Perform quality checks on lesson plans and provide tutoring and lessons for students of various levels.
• Assist students to prepare for entrance examinations for government schools, international schools and universities
• Quality assurance on assigning homework, setting and grading test, and documenting progress
• Develop suitable teaching materials for our teachers and suitable learning materials for our students
• Source and procure suitable study materials, books, and software for teachers and students to improve the learning standards
• Keep track of students' academic progress within the center and in their local schools
• Provide good services to the students and students' parents in all circumstances.
• Develop lesson plans and conduct lessons to ensure learning outcomes meet school quality standards.
• Support syllabus development and Quality Check for new enrichment programs.
• Support development and Quality Check of Online Learning programs.
• Provide support and quality assurance in academic matters, e.g. management of proper use of teaching equipment.
• Provide and improve the quality of pastoral care and remedial lessons to needy students.
• Any other task that assigned
• Details and KPI's relating to these will be worked out after the commencement of your employment. These will have to be completed to the satisfaction of your supervisor and the Management.
