LH Manpower Service PTE. LTD. is seeking a senior teaching professional to develop and execute teaching and research plans that enhance teaching quality.

The role involves designing courses and learning resources to meet student needs, leading and training the teaching team, and supervising teaching effectiveness assessments to drive continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will engage in educational research and teaching reform.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute teaching and research plans to ensure the enhancement and continuous improvement of teaching quality.
• Design and oversee the development of teaching courses and resources to meet students' learning needs and development goals.
• Manage and train the teaching team to ensure they possess necessary professional knowledge and teaching skills.
• Supervise teaching effectiveness assessment and feedback mechanisms, and adjust teaching plans and methods in a timely manner.
• Actively participate in educational research and teaching reform to promote continuous improvement of the school's teaching standards.
