Qualifications

• 1-3 years of client-facing experience in financial services and/or digital assets.
• Experience supporting institutional client operations or back-office roles in regulated industry.
• Knowledge of KYC and onboarding processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide white-glove onboarding for institutional clients across lifecycle.
• Respond to client inquiries promptly and manage transactions with risk awareness.
• Collaborate with Compliance, Product and Sales to refine processes.
• Support runbooks creation and continuous improvement of client operations.
