TOSS-EX PR PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an experienced Installation Supervisor to manage electrical and communication infrastructure installations.

You will coordinate planning, site readiness, and on-site safety while guiding technicians, contractors, and subcontractors to deliver compliant, high-quality results. Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years experience in installation of electrical and communication infrastructures.
  • Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent preferred.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.
  • Willing to work outside of prime office hours.
  • Self-motivated and service oriented.
  • Able to work independently with minimum guidance.
  • LTA railway experience and night shift capability required.

Responsibilities

  • Plan installation activities including scheduling, resource allocation and site prep.
  • Inspect equipment prior to installation to ensure specs and readiness.
  • Conduct on-site assessments of space, access points and safety.
  • Lead installation teams to ensure safe, efficient processes.
  • Assemble and configure equipment per manufacturer guidelines and specs.
  • Perform testing and commissioning and troubleshoot issues as needed.
  • Implement quality control to meet company standards and client needs.
  • Ensure compliance with regulations and safety standards.
  • Maintain installation documentation and prepare reports.
  • Aim for high customer satisfaction by meeting expectations.

  • . Planning and Preparation: Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to plan installation activities, including scheduling, resource allocation, and site preparation.

  • Equipment Inspection: Inspect equipment or systems prior to installation to ensure they meet specificationsand are in proper working condition.

  • Site Assessment: Conduct on-site assessments to evaluate installation requirements, including spaceconstraints, access points, and safety considerations.

  • Installation Supervision: Lead installation teams, providing guidance and direction to technicians,contractors, and subcontractors to ensure efficient and safe installation processes.

  • Assembly and Configuration: Assemble and configure equipment or systems according to manufacturer guidelines and technical specifications, ensuring proper alignment, calibration, and functionality.

  • Testing and Commissioning: Conduct tests and commissioning activities to verify the functionality and performance of installed systems, troubleshooting any issues or discrepancies as needed.

  • Quality Assurance: Implement quality control measures to ensure installations meet company standardsand customer requirements, conducting inspections and audits throughout the installation process.

  • Compliance and Safety: Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, codes, and safety standards during installation activities, promoting a culture of safety among installation teams.

  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of installation activities, including documentation of materialsused, work performed, and any deviations from the original plan. Prepare reports for project managers and clients as required.

  • Customer Satisfaction: Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering installations that meet or exceedexpectations, addressing any concerns or issues promptly and professionally.


Requirements


  • Candidates with Railway experience will be preferred.

  • Minimum 3 years experience in installation of electrical and communication infrastructures.

  • Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or its equivalent, preferred.

  • Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Willing to work outside of prime office hours as required.

  • Self-motivated and Service oriented.

  • Able to work independently with minimum guidance

  • Need to have LTA railway experience and able to work night shift
