Job summary

SUPCON in Singapore is seeking a Project Manager with strong robotics background to oversee end-to-end inspection robot projects, from requirement alignment to on-site deployment and acceptance. The role involves coordinating R&D, hardware and software teams and liaising with local customers and partners.

The candidate should have 3–5 years in smart hardware/robotics, familiarity with PM methodologies, and be fluent in Chinese and English for daily communications with Singapore clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Robotics, Automation, Electronic Information, Computer Science or related disciplines.
• 3–5 years in smart hardware/robotics with end-to-end project experience from solution design to on-site acceptance.
• Familiar with project management methodologies; able to independently plan projects, manage risks and handle multiple concurrent initiatives.
• Strong technical understanding of robot hardware and software architecture and ability to communicate with engineering teams.
• Fluent in both Chinese and English for daily business communication with Singapore customers.

Responsibilities

• Own full lifecycle management for inspection robot projects including requirement alignment, design, commissioning, on-site deployment, acceptance and post-delivery iteration.
• Develop project plans, schedules and resource plans; track progress and report to stakeholders.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (R&D, hardware, software, testing) and liaise with Singapore customers and partners.
• Allocate resources, identify risks and drive mitigation plans to closure.
• Manage scope to avoid changes and ensure smooth project acceptance.
• Document learnings and optimize project management and on-site workflows.
• Perform on-site delivery tasks: deployment, joint commissioning, troubleshooting, customer training, acceptance, and issue resolution.
• Align internal and external stakeholders and remove blockers to achieve objectives.
