Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a health-related discipline.
• Basic understanding of research methodologies (quantitative and qualitative).
• Ability to perform quantitative analysis using R, STATA and/or Python.

Responsibilities

• Support the administration and coordination of health services research projects.
• Assist in research activities including participant recruitment, data collection, and basic analysis.
• Assist in coordinating meetings and managing project timelines.
• Support the preparation of reports, manuscripts and presentations.
• Assist in developing evaluation frameworks, logic models, and theories of change.
• Help prepare ethics applications, regulatory documents, and research materials.
• Maintain research documentation and ensure compliance with institutional regulations.
• Support the organization of research workshops and seminars.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and community partners.
