You will support the head chef, lead the kitchen team, and manage kitchen operations. This role is full-time, with working hours spanning various shifts, ensuring exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years’ experience as a Chef De Partie in a busy bar or restaurant.
  • Strong knowledge of various cuisines and cooking techniques.
  • Creative, passionate, and committed to food quality and safety.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing creative culinary concepts, dishes, and menus.
  • Support the head chef in leading and inspiring the kitchen team.
  • Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, safety, and hygiene.
  • Help manage food costs, kitchen operations, and vendor relationships.
  • Coordinate with other departments to deliver excellent guest experiences.
  • Participate in staff training and promote sustainable kitchen practices.
  • Stay updated on culinary trends to enhance menu offerings.
