We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager to join our clients. As the Manager of Innovation, Quality Improvement and Training, you will be responsible for driving continuous improvement and promoting a culture of innovation within our organization. This is a full-time position that requires a strong understanding of Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to drive innovation and quality improvement across the organization
- Lead and manage a team of quality improvement specialists and trainers
- Identify and prioritize areas for improvement, and develop action plans to address them
- Utilize Lean and Six Sigma principles to streamline processes and eliminate waste
- Conduct regular training sessions to educate employees on quality improvement techniques and foster a culture of continuous improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement innovative solutions to business challenges
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of quality improvement initiatives
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in quality improvement and innovation, and make recommendations for their implementation within the company
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree Business Analytics/Computer Science/Engineering/Business
- Administration or related fields.
- Ability to leverage technology solutions to support quality improvement initiatives.
- Proficient in programming tools such as Python and RPA and good understanding of AI tools to help boost productivity.
- Proficient in LEAN/Six Sigma/AGILE/Design Thinking/Behavioural Insights
preferred.
-Certified Train-the-trainer (ACTA/ACLP) or equivalent preferred.
