Job summary

Hitachi Rail Singapore Pte. Ltd. seeks a HR Intern to support documentation, correspondence and project coordination in a fast-paced environment in Singapore.

The role involves assisting the engineering team with calculations, drawings and project files, using software tools, and coordinating tasks to ensure timely delivery. A background in Electronics/Computer Engineering and basic coding skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• Electrical/ Electronics/ Computer Engineering degree options are acceptable.
• Basic coding or programming skills (C++, Python) are desirable.
• Advanced MS Excel skills (macros) are a plus.

• Support the engineering team in generating calculations, drawings, documents and other project files
• Project coordination and monitoring of tasks and actions
• Use of software tools and applications for project purposes
• Support the project in other tasks that may be appropriate

Qualifications and skills
