Job summary

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Events, Technology, or a related field.
• Experience in events, hackathons, student programs, startups, or community initiatives is a plus.
• Strong interest in innovation, startups, technology, entrepreneurship, and program management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and manage tasks.
• Proactive, resourceful, and willing to take ownership in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the planning, coordination, and execution of innovation programs, including hackathons, ideathons, accelerator programs, and events.
• Assist with program timelines, agendas, participant communications, and other program materials.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and post-program summaries.
• Contribute ideas to improve program formats and participant experience.
• Assist in collecting, organizing, and analyzing event data to derive insights.
