Job summary

The Institute of Mental Health (IMH) in Singapore invites applications for the role of Assistant Director (Innovation) in the Data Science Office. You will lead the IMH Innovation Office, shaping and delivering a portfolio of high-impact initiatives aligned with transformation priorities across IMH, NHG and MOH.

The role drives strategic priorities into scalable programmes, strengthens partnerships, and tracks measurable benefits across clinical, operational and corporate domains.

Qualifications

• Experience in project lifecycle from discovery to benefits realization.
• Healthcare/clinical operations exposure is a plus.
• Strong leadership and governance capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead IMH Innovation Office and manage enterprise innovation roadmap.
• Build and govern a balanced portfolio of initiatives across care and operations.
• Collaborate with clinicians, operations, quality, corporate functions and tech partners.
• Oversee delivery of programmes using agile, design thinking and change management.
• Mentor teams and foster a culture of experimentation and responsible adoption.
