Job summary

MINDEF Singapore seeks a role to design and execute initiatives that support innovations developed by Army Formations and Divisions. You will ensure resources and processes are in place to support trials or scaling, and develop recognition, incentive and engagement frameworks to excite innovators and raise awareness of Army ground-up innovations within MINDEF/SAF and at the Public Service level.

Knowledge or experience in managing innovation is advantageous.
Proficiency in data analysis (Applicants with no experience may apply.) Appointment will be commensurate with your experience. Only shortlisted candidates will be notified.

Responsibilities

Design and execute initiatives, processes and enablers to support innovations in Army Formations and Divisions.
Monitor innovation projects and track KPIs such as speed to market and scaling of innovation.
Generate monthly reports and analyses for Army Formations, Divisions and units.
Manage innovation enablers such as innovation funds, expertise and pitch systems.
Organise Army innovation workshops and education seminars.
Develop recognition/incentive frameworks and engagement/publicity for Army innovations.
Coordinate with MINDEF/SAF innovation offices to drive alignment and progress.
