Qualifications

• 8+ years of innovation management, digital transformation, and organisational change.
• Deep knowledge in design methodologies, digital strategy, agile processes, and change psychology.
• Demonstrated leadership in cross-functional teams across complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with strong business acumen.

Responsibilities

• Lead organisational innovation and drive transformational change across business functions.
• Shape innovation strategies through human-centred design, emerging technologies, and data-driven insights.
• Establish partnerships and frameworks to accelerate solution development and technology transfer.
• Develop digital roadmaps and change management frameworks.
