Job summary

Singtel is building an AI-first telco for the future, shaping FutureNow Innovation Centre experiences and executive engagements to showcase enterprise technologies and customer journeys. You will translate complex tech into compelling stories, lead showcases, and coordinate with Sales, CST, and partners.

As Innovation Centre Manager, you’ll drive content refreshes, design customer journeys for C-suite visits, and ensure operational readiness of the new Comcentre centre, delivering impactful

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Digital Media, or related discipline.
7–10 years in B2B customer experience or related fields.
Experience leading multi-stakeholder experience design projects.
Strong storytelling and executive engagement skills.
Proficient in Salesforce and reporting tools.
Knowledge of ICT/AI technologies and enterprise space.

Responsibilities

Ideation, content and showcase development for industry and customer use cases.
Design personalised executive journeys and customer experiences.
Oversee FutureNow Centre operations and readiness for visits.
Lead design and development of the new FutureNow Innovation Centre at Comcentre.
Manage partner ecosystem, track engagement outcomes and opportunities.
