Job summary

Singtel seeks an Innovation Centre Manager to shape Singtel's FutureNow Innovation Centre (FIC) at Comcentre. You will translate enterprise technologies into engaging customer journeys, develop executive-ready shows and manage content and events for high-level visits and demonstrations.

You will collaborate with Product, Sales and partners to deliver compelling experiences. Lead design and development of the new FIC, ensure operational readiness, and drive customer engagements and outcomes

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Digital Media, Experience/Service Design, Technology or related discipline.
7–10 years of relevant experience in B2B customer experience, experiential or innovation marketing, content and showcase development, executive engagement or complex customer-facing programmes.
Experience managing multi-stakeholder experience design, content development or physical-digital customer experience projects from concept to launch.

Responsibilities

Co-create industry- and customer-specific solution stories with Product, Sales, Pre-Sales/Solution Architects and ecosystem partners, translating complex technologies into clear business outcomes
Develop and maintain a roadmap of innovative showcases and demonstrations covering connectivity, 5G/6G, AI, edge computing, cybersecurity, IoT and other Enterprise growth areas
Lead content development with internal stakeholders, creative agencies and technology partners to deliver engaging and relevant customer experiences
Position FIC as a strategic platform for executive conversations and customer engagement
Design personalised customer journeys for C-suite executives, strategic accounts and industry delegations
Develop executive-ready agendas, showcase scripts, presentations and briefing materials
Host and facilitate customer visits, including presentations and demonstrations at the Centre's demo bays
Capture customer insights, feedback and potential business opportunities and coordinate follow-up actions with Account Managers
Track customer engagement outcomes, satisfaction and potential pipeline opportunities
Manage day-to-day Centre operations, including visit scheduling and visitor management
Maintain operational procedures, security protocols and incident escalation processes
Ensure AV/IT systems and demonstrations are ready for customer visits
Monitor operating expenses and ensure governance
Maintain high standards of customer experience and operational excellence
Collaborate with design and development teams to create immersive experiences
Lead design and development workstreams for the new FutureNow Centre at Comcentre
Coordinate milestones, budgets, vendors and reviews
Identify risks and issues and escalate appropriately
Support user acceptance testing and handover to operations
Ensure exhibits and processes are ready before opening
Engage ecosystem partners to develop showcases and use cases
Track engagements and opportunities in CRM
Analyze feedback to improve showcases and messaging
Maintain accurate reporting and follow-through with stakeholders
Strong ownership, judgement and problem-solving skills
Experience with prototyping and immersive technologies
Knowledge of exhibition production and AV/IT systems
