Job summary

Singtel invites skilled professionals to shape the FutureNow Innovation Centre at Singtel's Comcentre. You will craft industry-specific stories, design engaging executive experiences and drive content refreshes across AI, 5G, edge computing and security domains.

Working with the Centre Director, you will manage end-to-end customer journeys, host executive visits and align programs with strategic objectives. A proven track record in B2B experiential marketing is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related discipline.
• Approximately 7–10 years of experience in B2B customer experience, experiential marketing or content development.
• Proven ability to translate complex tech into compelling customer stories and executive-ready experiences.

Responsibilities

• Co-create industry- and customer-specific solution stories with cross-functional teams.
• Develop and refresh a roadmap of innovative showcases across AI, 5G/6G, cybersecurity and more.
• Lead content development with internal stakeholders, agencies and partners.
• Design personalised executive journeys and host high-impact visits for C-suite customers.
