Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking a capable IT support professional to maintain and support our local offices' infrastructure, including servers, networks, and user devices.

The role covers server, network, Wi‑Fi, and user device support, with collaboration with the Service Desk to ensure uptime and smooth operations across sites.

Candidates should be proactive, detail‑oriented, and able to document incidents, change logs, and configurations to enable efficient, repeatable support.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day operational and technical support for server, network, Wi‑Fi, and end-user infrastructure.
• Provide basic desktop/end-user support (laptops, printers, standard apps) with the Service Desk.
• Perform basic administration, monitoring, and maintenance of physical/virtual servers and network/Wi‑Fi devices.
• Respond to infrastructure incidents and service requests, ensuring timely resolution or escalation per procedures.
• Assist with installation, configuration, patching, and upgrades of Windows server systems.
