Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field required.
• 3 years of corporate infrastructure management experience.
• Certifications such as CCNA/CCNP or CompTIA Network+ preferred.
• Strong understanding of network infrastructure and Azure services.
• Excellent vendor coordination and issue resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee on-premises corporate infrastructure including wired/wireless networks and security appliances.
• Maintain cybersecurity measures per IT policy and security standards.
• Assist with incident investigations and system recovery efforts.
• Manage projects and contractors; monitor performance and bandwidth; suggest improvements.
• Coordinate with contractors to maintain LAN rooms and break-fix contracts.
• Prepare tender specs, approvals, and management reports.
