Responsibilities

• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables and success criteria.
• Develop plans, schedules, milestones and implementation timelines.
• Manage resources and vendors for cabling and hardware movement.
• Establish governance, reporting and escalation processes.
• Track progress and ensure adherence to timelines.
• Coordinate with infrastructure, network, security and apps teams.
• Coordinate CAB approvals, change windows and rollout plans.
• Ensure SIT/UAT/testing and sign-offs across infra domains.
• Complete operational handover and final project acceptance.
