Job summary

Aryan Solutions Pte Ltd is seeking an Infra Project Manager to lead infrastructure initiatives, ensuring projects are planned, governed, and delivered on time. You will coordinate across infrastructure, network, security, and application teams, managing vendors and driving risk mitigation throughout the project lifecycle.

The role emphasizes governance, change control, and end-to-end validation, with handover to Operations and BAU readiness as project closure.

Infrastructure Project Manager – Roles & Responsibilities

1. Project Planning and Governance

• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria.
• Develop project plans, schedules, milestones, and implementation timelines.
• Manage resources and vendors for cabling, hardware movement.
• Establish project governance, reporting, and escalation processes.
• Track project progress and ensure adherence to agreed timelines.

2. Stakeholder Management

• Coordinate with infrastructure, network, security, application teams.
• Manage vendor and third-party engagements, wherever applicable.
• Facilitate project meetings, steering committee updates, and status reporting.
• Communicate project risks, issues, decisions, and dependencies to stakeholders.

3. Risk and Issue Management

• Identify project risks and dependencies.
• Develop mitigation and contingency plans.
• Drive issue resolution across technical and business teams.
• Escalate critical blockers impacting project delivery.

4. Infrastructure Delivery Oversight

• Ensure infrastructure components are designed, built, configured, and tested according to requirements.
• Track readiness of servers, storage, network, cloud, security, monitoring, backup, and DR components.
• Validate technical deliverables meet architecture and operational standards.
• Ensure all required approvals, reviews, and sign-offs are completed.

5. Change and Release Coordination

• Manage implementation schedules and change windows.
• Coordinate CAB approvals and change management activities.
• Ensure implementation and rollback plans are documented and validated.
• Oversee cutover planning and migration activities.

6. Testing and Validation Management

• Ensure System Integration Testing (SIT), UAT, performance, security, and operational testing are completed.
• Track defects, remediation actions, and testing sign-offs.
• Coordinate end-to-end validation across all infrastructure domains.

7. Documentation and Handover

• Ensure operational documentation is completed.
• Validate support processes and runbooks.
• Coordinate knowledge transfer to Operations and Support teams.
• Obtain final project acceptance and closure approvals.
• Coordinate with all the relevant teams to as part of kick-off, engaging the teams, ensuring availability, ensure all relevant configurations are completed and signed off in accordance to release readiness standards set by SGX.
• Ensure BAU handover is done appropriately.
