Caliber8 Recruitment is seeking an Investment Associate to join its Private Equity - Infrastructure team in Singapore. The role offers broad exposure across evaluation, transaction execution and portfolio activities.

You will assess investments, build models, support due diligence and coordinate with advisers, contributing to investment recommendations and portfolio monitoring. Open to Singapore citizens or PRs, with a clear path in a dynamic PE environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant experience in Private Equity, Investment Banking, M&A, Transaction Services or Corporate Finance.
• Strong financial modelling and valuation skills and ability to work independently on detailed analyses.
• Experience with due diligence and the broader transaction process.
• Ability to prepare concise materials for senior management reviews.
• Excellent communication and attention to detail in a collaborative team.

Responsibilities

• Assess prospective investments by reviewing business models, financials, industry dynamics and potential returns.
• Build detailed financial models and run valuation and sensitivity analyses.
• Work on transactions through evaluation, due diligence and execution stages.
• Coordinate across financial, commercial and legal workstreams with external advisers.
• Develop investment analyses and recommendations for senior discussions.
• Support preparation of materials for internal investment approvals.
• Monitor portfolio performance and support value-creation initiatives.
• Contribute to identification and initial assessment of new opportunities.
