Job summary

Bond Financial Group Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Senior Infrastructure Leader in Singapore to drive the infrastructure strategy and platform decisions.

You will own the technology roadmap, govern costs, and ensure security hardening and IaC practices across all environments. This role demands hands-on leadership with a focus on reliability and compliance. You will mentor the infrastructure team, oversee third-party providers, and coordinate DR/BCP activities, ensuring ISO 27001:2022 audit readiness

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Engineering required.
• Cloud platform certifications strongly preferred; ITIL or TOGAF advantageous.
• Experience in regulated industries; ISO 27001:2022 exposure is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Define and own infrastructure strategy, governance, and roadmaps across environments.
• Lead the infrastructure team, mentor staff, and manage third-party providers.
• Establish DR/BCP program, ensure audit evidence for ISO 27001:2022, participate in 24x7 incident response.
